Giving back to the communities we live in has always been important to us. Our team has partnered with the Rideau Valley Conservation Foundation to help raise funds and awareness for the amazing work they do.
The Rideau Valley Conservation Foundation is a registered environmental charity working to help protect and conserve the lands and waters of the valley of the Rideau River in Eastern Ontario. The foundation raises funds and in-kind gifts for three major areas of conservation work:
Land Care - Tree planting, erosions control, landowner information, trail building and maintenance, outdoor signage, picnic tables, benches and boardwalks
River Care - water quality monitoring, biodiversity monitoring, wetland inventories, invasive specie and garbage removal, clean water projects
Conservation Education - outdoor learning and experiences, accessible programs and services, onsite landowner visits, public events
We believe that investing in the future of our environment is required to allow our kids and future generations to enjoy the world as we see it today. If everyone does their part, together we can and will make a difference.
From November 18th - November 30th we will match donations up to $5000 in total to the Rideau Valley Conservations Foundations Giving Tuesday Campaign. Donate Now
Our team has purchased trees to be planted by the Rideau Valley Conservation Foundation to offset our carbon footprint since 2020 and plan to continue this contribution each year. By reducing paper usage, travel and waste we have been able to reduce our carbon footprint but completely offsetting it required help from the Rideau Valley Conservation Foundation in the form of planting trees.
